Did you take your final yet? if not, I'd go see your prof and try explaining about your med school interviews and between that and balancing your classes you are burnt out. Ask what you can dio to at least pull a C. Get extra help.Rockstar2Doc said:So, I have been accepted to med school. However, I took a biochem course this semster and will probably end up with a "D" I am absoulutely burned out this semester. 🙁
and I am not sure how med schools will respond to the "D"?? Any insights?
hmmm...i still think i'd go talk to my prof and explain the problem. A D can look pretty bad on your record. I also doubt they'll rescind your acceptance but you never know and I wouldn't want to go in their worrying about it. Se eif thwere's anything you can do to improve your grade..i know it's a long shot but what can you lose?Rockstar2Doc said:yeah, i took the final already. The class average is about 62%, I am at 52%. I think there will be a curve...but i am not sure if 52% is good enough for a c.

Just an update...it doesn't matter.
