Is there any way to take a faster residency program in a subspeciality in general? Like pediatric cardiology ? Is there any program that allows me to enter directly ?
Is there a fast track program with lesser years ?

Might want to ask this in the peds resident forum? From my limited knowledge you have to complete 3 years of peds residency then 2-3 of fellowship? Maybe more if you want to do interventional cardiology.

Why are you asking premeds about this? They're too busy worrying that they listed 203 hours volunteering when they only did 202.5 hours.
