I don't get it either. I got it, and I think it's pretty funny to send that out the day before the match. WTF?

It is a duplicate of the rejection sent early in January, only the date is updated.

The coordinator may have got it confused with the emails s/he was preparing to send out tomorrow for the matched applicants. NRMP website says the programs find out a day before about their matched applicants and a coordinator once told me that they use the extra day to prepare emails etc to send out exactly at noon. The schools also got that info today and they use the extra day to prepare envelopes to hand out tomorrow. I forgot to check what time U if Chicago rejection got sent, I wonder if it was at noon.
