Hey so I submitted my AACOMAS application yesterday but forgot to review my experiences. I forgot to add all my healthcare experiences but I just added them in today. How bad will that look to most adcoms?

Correct. The schools the OP is applying to will only see the updated application.

I added experiences after submitting my application up until my interview date. Just keep updating it.
