Realistically speaking, what do you project your application GPA will be? What will your MCAT score be? Without solid data, we can't give you a solid answer.
If you're really asking, "Is is possible for me to pull it out of the basket and still get into a med school somewhere considering my low current GPA?" Well, yes it is. Work hard, get straight As, and include DO medical schools on your application list. If your GPA still isn't high enough, but you get a good MCAT score, you can apply to a Special Masters Program to get another chance at an acceptance.
Meanwhile, you need to shadow some physicians, have face-to-face experiences with sick people, consider a research experience and continue with your outstanding leadership experience with Global Medical Brigades.
