I think I saw one IM/Anesthesia program, are there any FM/Anesthesia programs?

What is the benefit to a program such as IM/Anesthesia? Does this allow for an outpatient primary care physician to also be able to practice pain management? How long would this program be? What types of business models exist for this type of training?

Are there any FM/Anesthesia residencies? If not, why?

Both of these are a waste of time and people should not do them.
