So I took the DAT today and I have mixed emotions about it. Overall i think I did fine but theres some sections I wish I had done better on.

Quant. Reasoning: 13😱
Reading Comp: 24😎
Bio: 21
G. Chem: 17😡
Orgo: 21
Perceptual Ability: 20
Total Science: 20
Academic Average: 19

Can i have some input? I think my gchem score is kinda shaky and math, well what can i say, it sucks.

the good thing is most schools consider QR to be the least important... your other scores look good with the exception of gchem which is slightly below average. good job with the RC though? it also depends what schools you are trying to apply to.. 19-20-20 is abbout the average scores for matriculated students

Looking at my PA20 AA19 TS20 I feel confident but the devil is in the details with the 17 and 13.

You rocked the sections that count. Thats what counts. I would call the schools you are applying to, tell them your scores, and ask if the QR will raise a red flag. PM me if you have any other q's incase I dont see this thread again

your QR is way too low. it will hurt you. regardless of what everyone says about how unimportant it is, its there for a reason. I would retake

yeah you have a really good point.. on the converse I got an astronomical RC score that I would hate to throw away for another chance at the QR and also my over all (PA,TS,AA) scores are decent.
