I took ONE course at a CC and withdrew from it, will med schools find out if I don't send my transcript?

I took a math course at a CC that I got a C- in in undergrad (it's not needed for med prereqs), what happens if I just don't send that transcript? There's no grade on it, just a W because I realized I really didn't have the time to do well in the course due to my work schedule and I didn't need it for med school.

So did you get a C- or a W? Anyway, yes they can find out. Just list it and submit the transcript. You’ll be fine.
I got a C- in the course when I took it in undergrad, so decided to retake it at a CC and withdrew from it. Just worried that the W will affect me negatively but it's literally just one class that's not a pre req so not sure if it'll actually look bad or not

All transcripts are run through the National Student Clearing house and almost every college will report to that. The ridiculous risk you take is being found out that you submitted applications, attesting numerous time that it is accurate and truthful, then discovered you lied, it would be an ethical violation that AMCAS would be required to ban you from applying through their system, meaning you will attend a US school. It is ridiculous to worry about this grade that could cost you the rest of your life. Dont be foolish
Thank you gonnif, will be submitting it for sure
