to all those taking the exam, first I must say "to Jesus God be the glory and all things are possible through Him for those who choose to except Him as thier personal Lord and Savior." Please do not judge me for this is my right to believe what I believe in. I encourage all to seek Him and have a pesonal relationship with Him. I respect all those who believe in what they choose.

Now that being said . the following is important.

1) exams , exams , exams. the secret in passing the cbt is the old exams.
2) My advise is to use kaplan and the decks as cross reference to the
questions. As well as any other books you feel comfortable with.
3) If you come across the new exams which are out there they will benifit
you more then the 78-98 editions from asda. The ones I am talking about
are 1999, 2001, 2002, and the 2004 pilot exam.
4) videos;
a) the standard deviants editions Biology, nutrition, anatomy
these will help you answer 10 to 20 questions on anatomy and bioq-
physio and they are fun to watch
b) most important the head and neck anatomy series from lippincott , williams and wilkins there are two . this as well will help you answer 20 to 30 questions.

there are no substitutes for combining all that I have listed to gether above.

what i remember:
anatomy:
- positions and locations of structures see videos listed
- especially nerves head and neck and arms to hands
- where they start and where they finish not so much in function
-cancers the major ones dealing with bone and muscles and here names
- cellular biology
- stuctures in both eukariots and proeariots
- mitosis and mieosis
- funtions of cell structures the basics also in teeth cells blasts, clasts, and cytes.
- teeth - enamle , pld periodontum cementum character. and differences

bioquem/phisio
- pathways
- glycogen
- glucose
- cholesterol
- cell respiration
- muscle pathways in contraction
- kidneys - gfr , structures and function
- O2 and CO2 functions in relation to what happens in hypo and hyper ventilation and the clinical situations they apply to.
- dna and rna functions structures 5-3 images trna , mrna, all the transference translation conjugation etc. and the cells location in each dna rna,

microbiology/ pathology
- the bugs in lungs , oral , pdl, intestine, exo endo toxic , std bugs
-cancers , cancers , cancers bone tissue, mucle lungs breast
- dna and rna bugs and there funtions and how they attach to cells

dental anatomy
- the basics
-alot alot alot on left and right transverse movement woring and non-working situations and what location on teeth they move through and the position of the condyles in the movement.
- tmj tmj tmj alot on tmj especially structures in the tmj and their function i stress this because there were a good 10 questions on this
- there is a chart to memorize called the sharks tooth chart that if you memorize it you will answer all the intercuspal position right without fail . you will be able to answer any quetion regadless of ling, facial what ever and this will give you at least 10 answers.
- jaw movement and musles there were about5 or7 of these.

thats it for now . I will go over my information from my material and tell you more. probly tomarrow as today iI will stay focused on thanking God forwhatever His plann is for me and oh yeh go see star wars and relax.

My prays are with you all - Bill [email protected] 😍
