I understand

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
One of the things we have to 'agree' to while registering for an mcat date is this passage.. Any one have any idea what it means??

I think everyone has to agree to this but I just want to know what it means. Thanks.

Arbitration for Investigation Disputes*

I understand and agree that the sole and exclusive remedy available to an examinee who wishes to appeal or otherwise challenge the AAMC's decision to send an investigation report to legitimately interested parties shall be to binding arbitration through written submissions before a single arbitrator under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures in the District of Columbia. The sole issue for arbitration shall be whether the AAMC acted reasonably and in good faith in making its decision.

It means don't cheat.

It means that if they have investigated you for cheating, and decide to share that information with another institution, your only recourse is arbitration. You cannot go through the normal legal processes to get an injunction to prevent the information from being shared, and the only reason that such arbitration shall be allowed is in the case that you are trying to prove that their decision on the matter was in error.
