Other OT-Related Information I use a cane, is OT/OTA right for me?

Hi all I have dealt with a bad foot for many years now. I have even used a wheelchair for years since it was so bad. Though I have recently be able to cope by using just a cane. And I want to do something with my life and go to college but I am unsure if OT or OTA is right for me. I can get around and go to the store. I guess I have two main questions. How physical do I need to be to keep a job as on OT/OTA? And which types of jobs would be the least physical for me as an OT/OTA? Please be honest. Thanks.

You can definitely pursue OT, even with a cane/wheelchair. Look into hand therapy. Good luck and keep us updated!
