I want to submit my application as early as possible so i can be in the early batch of rounds.

So then when would be the best time to take DAT at the latest.

Do i have to take it before submitting app or can i take it a little later after submitting since apps take a while to be looked at anyways.

Would taking DAT in middle of June be appropriate if i submit app june 1 or 2nd ?

I believe the DAT takes 2 weeks ( min) to process? thats how long mine took. So you may take it either before you submit your app ( to be safest) or after, but if you take it after, give it 2-4 weeks to process, so you might not be in the FIRST BATCH, but you will prob be early in the application cycle.

Its impossible to guarantee that you will be in the first batch of applications being sent out. But they send a new batch every friday. The first batch goes out (usually) towards end of june, and they are always on friday (or at least for my cycle it was).

Being in the first, 2nd, or 3rd batch is considered "most early"... I think I was 2nd or 3rd batch.

The BEST time to take the DAT is late May / early June.... but Even mid june is okay, you'll still be in the 3rd or 4th batch out. Thats early IMO
