I want to make a dental school related cake (totally serious). Any ideas?

I'm a pre-med student and am never on the dental forums. I am not sure where I'm supposed to ask this question, so if it's in the wrong place, I apologize!

My girlfriend just got into dental school and I want to make her one of those cool dental school related cakes (like the one below). Was wondering if any of you guys knew of any good ideas (pictures would be great). Thanks!

PS - If you know someone that got into dental school, you should do this too!

you got to ask that question to a culinary blog website,

it looks like it would taste like healthy crap , i would not buy it, looks nice though for a school project.

Hey,

I actually do have experience in cake baking/decorating, etc. That cake, if you got it made from some bakery, would cost AT LEAST $50. It's all done with gum paste (ironic for a dental cake, huh? ) and fondant, which takes quite a bit of time. Normally, if I'm doing that type of work it takes around 4 hours at the very least, so $75 would be somewhat justifiable, but I'd prefer more.

My recommendation to you would be to go to your local grocery store's bakery, and just ask them to draw some stuff on top, either through imprinting or free hand.

Some bakeries tend to have stuff for "doctors" and if you asked them, I'm sure they'd be able to change up some of the medicine stuff to make it more suited for dentistry.
