I want to send my dental schools some more information not included in app

How would I go about doing this? Is it advisable? I want to mention some other skills that require manual dexterity and most importantly I want to mention that I received a scholarship. Can I email the schools individually and just say 'I want to update you with some information' ? Is that allowed?

You can send schools additional information through an addendum, but I wouldn't do it for manual dexterity experience and for a scholarship. Neither of those items will make or break your application. IMO, I wouldn't worry about it. From my understanding an addendum should be used for really important things, like publishing a research paper for example.
