I will be reapplying to schools where I submitted primary but not secondary. Advice Needed!

So I applied to some DO schools such as ATSU and VCOM where I submitted my primary to them but not the secondary. Will I need to improve my personal statement since I am considered a reapp? Will they compare my app from the previous cycle to this cycle even though I didn't submit a secondary to these schools?

Regardless of whether you submitted the secondary, if you're a reapplicant, then you'll need to completely overhaul (read: rewrite) your personal statement.
