no, i haven't said anything nearly as offcolor as i do in person. i just figure that i'll decide pretty soon where i'm gonna go, and i don't want to meet pple next year and have them immediately put 2 and 2 together. i'd rather at least have the option of being anonymous for a bit.

Don't worry so much, first of all Steve is a pretty common name therefore I don't think people will 'figure it out' when they meet you at med school next year; you'll probably have at least 4 people in your class with the same name. Second of all, we all know that your name is Mr. Rosewater so yeah there's a trail.

Bottom line is...... don't worry dude.... if your name was rupelstiskin you'd have a problem, but Steve can still be used while keeping you anonymous.

Regardless, good luck with everything this year....... and here's to Mr. Rosewater
