Freshman fall, I let my friend into my dorm using my uni id to use the restroom. I got a warning but was told by the student conduct office that it is not a reportable sanction and that no action was taken. Is this an IA if they explicitly told me that it's not a reportable sanction and that no action was taken? If so, would it affect my med apps?

True, but it's still in my residential records, but it's not reportable. I was only formally warned not to do it again
