Yeah, a higher Bio, Gen Chem, and Physics would definitely help. I'm not saying you need an insanely high score on all sections, but you need to at least be average (300 or higher) in every section. You definitely improved in terms of the OAT score and that's great, but you need to push just a bit further to remove some of the hinderance any sub 300s would cause. I would suggest holding on to whatever you know now and just studying a bit more or the weaker areas (practice tests definitely help). Take the OAT one more time when you're as ready as you feel you can be and good luck!
Unfortunately, stats are a big part of the admissions process and they may often be the "foot in the door". Once you get past that part, you can impress them with everything else you've done. Some schools may consider that as well in the early process, but most just have too many applicants to sift through and use stats as a quicker way to set aside what might be weaker applicants.
