ICO Alternate List?

Hi there,

I just interviewed at ICO a week ago and I am waiting to hear back from them for a decision...however, I was wondering if they have put anyone on an alternate list yet. I just read people being accepted there so far.

I am really nervous and I feel like they might put me on an alternate list just bc they kept on talking about my grades a lot at the interview. The interview went well though. But, since they do a complete file review again even after the interview, I am really scared! 🙁

My friend just had an interview recently too, and they kept talking about her grades too at ICO. They are suppose to have a committee meeting this Thursday at least thats what they told her so you should hear from them by next week the latest. Wish you the best of luck.

I have an interview with ICO in December.. and I am starting to get nervous about my gpa after reading this thread...

My interview was on Oct. 31st. They told me two weeks...So, sometime end of this week or next week hopefully!

Don't be nervous if you have had good grades. I had a grade that they weren't sure about and they asked me to explain it to them at my file review and by my actual interviewer. I also had a semester I didn't do as well as the other semesters. So one advice I would give--be prepared to talk about any bad grades/semesters you had and give them a good reason...

my interview was on Nov 7th, and we were told by the end of this week/ sat we should get notification...
best of luck... im really nervous, and even though I already have one acceptance under my belt, with many more interview invites...I still want to be accepted to ICO, because on my pro/cons list, there are a lot of Pros, after visit the school, and going on an interview...

best of luck, hopefully, we will be both adding out names, to the accepted list come this week.

I have an interview with ICO in December too but her gpa is not that great! around 3.1 and OAT of like aa = 330. However, she has a lot of experience and lor's. But I wouldn't be worried because if you have worked hard then you really shouldn't worry about things out of your control. I think we will be fine. I doubt that they selected 150 students by now.

accd to them, they already have close to 50 deposits.... and you get 30 days to make your decision, so there is definately + some more...

I heard last week that they have offered about 70 seats already...I forgot if it was 70 seats offered or 70 ppl have accepted their offered seat...I am not sure...

I'm guessing that probably 70 seats have been filled, cause the application cycle has been opened since August 1st. They had interviews every day for the whole Sept, Oct, and now November is totally booked, and someone said if you want an interview now, its looking like mid Dec. ... and now its mid November... when I went on my interview there was hmm...6, i think of us!

Hey bd722, I was there Oct. 31st too. You were with your mom, right? I was the "loner" 😳. Anyways, I haven't heard back from ICO either. Didn't they say it would take about 2-3 weeks? I can't remember.

hey! yea! I remember you! You stayed at the RC, I think. They said that the committee is meeting this thursday I think so anytime end of this week or next week, we should hear something! I am nervous!

I guess then I lucked out by having my interview last friday the 7th, and only having to wait a week compared to two!! gl..
time flies, I cant believe that at the end of this week, ill know!!!
