ICO and OAT

If an interview is given prior to OAT scores.. can you interview w/o your OAT taken at ICO? I am confused because I thought you were able to, but on the invitation it states that ICO has to have all your application materials and supporting documents prior to when you arrive on campus for your interview. I have scheduled my interview a few weeks before my OAT.. does anyone know if that will be ok?

I know for a fact that ICO can interview students before they take their OAT. I asked them that question last year. The only thing is, they will not accept you until they receive your oat scores. The application materials they are talking about refer to your transcripts, recommendation letters, etc.
