Since the admissions office at ICO is a joke and their phone is perpetually busy, I wanted to post my question on here. Can we send in our reference letter from the optometrist and professors separately from the pre-requisite grade worksheet? The impression I get from ICO's website is that they want everything handed in at once, which is really hard to do. What did other people do? Did you guys just mail in everything separately?

Hey...I sent everything in at once...but I have heard that others have sent things in as they get them (i.e. sent in there application, fee, coursework worksheet, personal statement) and then sent in their LORs when they got them as it is difficult to get everything together at once. My advice is to send what you can get as soon as you can and then send the other things in as soon as you get them!

You can definitely send things in at different times. I uploaded my LORs to virtual evals before applying so that ICO could download them whenever they were ready. I sent my personal statement and application fee in through the mail, and completed the rest of the application online.

I sent everything at different times, as well and they are perfectly fine with that. So just get all of your application information in as soon as possible! 😛 ICO even invited me for an interview prior to my OAT scores AND my optometrist LOR.
