I had interviewed previously for ICO and was accepted for 2026. The interview itself was laid back enough, if you have any withdrawals or "F's" they might ask you about them, be honest. I didn't' have a perfect resume and was still accepted. I think the upward trend in my grades (ended with 3.3 as a chemistry major) and had 35 ish shadow hours with 5 different types of practices, as well as 100+ hours of volunteer experience. The staff I spoke with was friendly and it didn't make me feel like I wasn't on par with their standards. Good luck with your interview!
