ICO essay??

I have an interview at ICO on March 9th. I though I read somewhere that when you interview they make you write another essay. Is this true or is it just a rumor?

they give you about 10-15 minutes to write the essay so it's not too bad. (this is comparing to berkeley's 45 minute essay )

Its very simple and you should be able to answer it with no problems. Just practice for regular interview questions and you should be fine. I think they just want to see that you wrote the essay submitted onto OptomCAS, too - as in you can make complete sentences with proper grammar.

i interviewed at ICO in Feb. mine was like, what type of characteristics and potential can you bring to ICO? or something like that.

This was true at UAB as well. The essay was extremely easy, something like,

"Please discuss a time in which you were not satisfied with your performance and explain how you responded to improve upon it."

It was very easy. I think you're right, they just want to make sure you can write adequately.
