i get what you are saying. i see plenty of notes without meaning to them and fully understand that all the minutiae arent that important, but I usually want a pretty good idea of the cpb and cx time especially in non routine cases.

No, we are both degraded by your substituting your own judgement for that of a colleague with equal (probably more) training and credentials, and by your attempt to reduce the practice of medicine to bits and bytes.
