Hi, I work part-time during the school year at a healthcare company closeby and am doing some clinical research at a hospital, as well as volunteering at a hospital ER. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what else I should consider doing to help with my application? Should I consider a medical mission trip?

Perhaps a free health clinic for the experience of working with those who are in need, but that said.. i would think if you have been doing those ECs for a while on a regular basis, then you should be fine. YOu dont need a truck load of different places for ECs.
