Individual is a 79 year old, right handed male with 16 years of education. Pertinent medical history is remarkable for controlled hypertension. On visual observation, individual demonstrates new onset right sided facial droop with preservation of forehead musculature.

😉

I recall this individual getting a clean bill of health in April with a remarkably low resting heart rate and normal cholesterol despite a steady diet of cheeseburgers. I think he is the fittest man to ever live.

Just wanted to add, that it may be helpful to get a complete sexual history for this individual. Wouldn't want to miss any potential contributing factors.

I don't think sex with minors is an independent contributory factor in stroke.

Way to assume things about this very generic case presentation! 😉 Neurosyphilis can present as an acute ischemic stroke and, if say, this person, whomever they may be, was presenting with speech difficulties, confusion, urinary incontinence, and gait abnormalities, it may be worth reviewing...

Edit: For the record, I am well aware that neurosyphilis typically presents with peripheral facial palsy, which would rule it out for this case. I just wanted to make the joke lol.
