On comedy central right now is a movie called "At home with the webbers" Please Please someone tell me if they know what breed the dog in this movie is. It looks identical to my friend's dog.

I definitely have never seen that movie. Perhaps you could try looking over this site:

And see if any of them look like the dog in question?

I have never seen the movie and couldn't find a picture of the dog from Googling it, so you'd have to post a picture for any of us to identify. This is probably a better question to ask on, say, Yahoo!Answers or something like that.
Also, the website twelvetigers suggested is definitely a good place to look, because none of us are really going to do a lot of extra research if it isn't easy to find.
