I don't think anyone has ever gotten a 30, though theres no harm in aiming high.

Someone HAS to have gotten a perfect on the PATs, although i totally thought i got every single question right on it and only got a 23..

You would think that someone would have gotten all of them right. I doubt a 30 would show up on the screen, since all Ive seen are 29s for perfect scores. That test has been taken so many times someone has received a perfect score. I am jealous of your 23 by the way.
