If I get in, do I have to finish UG?

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
Ability to matriculate typically is contingent on actually completing your current degree program, so even if you're in a masters degree you typically will have to finish that even though a masters is not explicitly "required" for acceptance. A UG degree is explicitly required so there's no way you'll be allowed to start school without finishing that first. Some schools even put expectations on your performance in your remaining classes--meaning you can't just tank all your classes and barely pass to get your degree.

Title says it all. Applying 15-16 cycle. If I get that coveted acceptance, do I have to finish my UG degree? All prerequs will be complete.

Yes. As mentioned you aren't ever accepted outright. You are accepted contingent on completing your program with satisfactory grades. You theoretically can even lose your spot if you do poorly in things even if they aren't required by med schools.
