If i havent written my DAT but planning on it next week, where do i say that in my app? do i just leave the DAT section empty? Or do i put septmber 2012 under "date of future test". But it seems to me that is for retakes. Any ideas?

Also, if i submit it now, and i do bad on the DAT and i wanna re write it, will they not know that and reject me? How can i let them know after my first DAT score that i will re write? Thanks!

If you haven't submitted yet, none of this matters much. By the time they process your app, you'll be done with your DAT...ad maybe not even then. If you're taking it next week, you may as well wait to see how you do before submitting. Another week isn't going to make too much of a difference at this point. If you don't do well, don't submit next week. You don't need to worry about telling them about a retake. If you still decide to submit and feel like you need to retake, well, your retake will be for next cycle. You wouldn't be able to retake until mid-December. That's late.

Your best option: do well and submit. The next option is applying next cycle.

Hi there! Good luck on your DAT! I recommend submitting your AADSAS now! That way, your GPAs can be verified which takes a while. It took me 2 weeks, but I think yours will be faster since less people are applying in September! Your DAT scores will be forwarded to AADSAS which will then be forwarded to the schools. If you retake, you will need to let each school know by emailing each of their offices. However, you must check with each of the school's deadlines if they fall in December. You would not want your app to be placed on hold until December due to your second DAT, and then have surpassed the deadlines.

I agree with jeffity just wait until after you take you DAT to submit because if you do bad now you might want to save your money and just apply next cycle.
