If I stop volunteering at a place, do I need to update schools?

If I put an activity as "to present" and did continue it for a month after my AMCAS was verified, but for some reason have to stop due to another job, do I need to inform schools of stopping this volunteering activity in an update?

Also, I have to take a 1 month leave of another volunteering position for traveling, but will return to it, do I need to update that?

I'm hoping that we are not required to, and that "to present" just meant at least until submission of the primary, since we have no way of knowing what happens in the future. And just talk about it honestly if we get asked at interviews?

THank you

No, they have better things to do than check up on your activities
