if I reschedule it to Aug 24th? I really feel like those extra days will help me out. The scores will be released a week later (Sept 28 instead of 21) than the aug 19th scores..is that one week a big difference? I already have my primary verified and will turn in all my secondaries right after I take my test and turn them in a day later.
If I was scheduled to take the MCAT on Aug 19th, would it matter if..

If you legitimately think those extra days will better prepare you, go for it. A week isn't going to kill you. Good luck!

I agree, I don't think a week will make a difference as long as you submit your application and scores as soon as possible. On the other hand, if it's going to be a week, make sure you make it a week. I have seen people (myself included) push the date back further and further because they need "a few more days". Add a week or two and tell yourself, you are STICKING to that date. Good luck

i say just get it over with and stick with your original date. you've still go two weeks which is a lot of time. just do as many practice problems as possible between now and then.

Just take it when you feel the most comfortable to take it. If you feel that moving a week will give you more confidenance, just do it.
