I'm an american student and I wanted to finish mu undergrad degree in Canada and also do med school there. Would I be able to practice medicine in America when I move back? Or if I did my undergrad in America and med school in Canada would I be allowed to practice in America? Or if I did all my education in America would I be able to practice in Canada?

First off, unless you are also a Canadian Citizen/PR - you won't be able to do medical school in Canada (There are only a handful of schools that have yet another handful of spots for non-citizens).

As for cross-reciprocity, yes Canada and US have that, but with certain restrictions and limitations.

Those things you can focus on later once you actually do your undergraduate degree and apply to medical schools well down the line.
