omg i swear i am ready to scream!!!!
after chasing down all 7 transcripts in no less than 7 business days i get am email from amcas today saying one of the transcripts they received was not official......AGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so of course they are closed for the evening and i can not figure out why it is not official. so i have to figure that out tomorrow...followed by a not very nice call to the regitrar's office because they just basically screwed me out of two of the places i was applying to for amcas as their deadline was nov 1st. i don't know if it is worth a call tomorrow after i know what happened and why the transcript is not official to the two schools whose deadline is today and explaining what happened and asking for an extension.
i swear it's days like these that make me think i am not meant to do this 🙁

When I was considering applying a couple years ago, transcripts had up to two weeks until after the school's deadline to arrive. You may want to check with amcas to see if they still have this policy. If they do, it will definitely give you enough wiggle room to resend that transcript. Good luck.

Not to be negative, but why did you wait until a week before transcripts were due to get them sent out?
