I think there are several other threads like this one, but in answer to your question, you do not pay the $150.00 fee again. You only pay the "additional school fee" (I think it was $30.00 last year, I'm not sure what it is this year).

no - so what you should do is only submit to one school, then add the other 25 later for free!!! this is a special trick they don't tell you about on AMCAS because they want you to stupidly spend all your money up front. it's also a way to find out who the really "smart" applicants are. 😉
