object I is dropped from 20 meter. Object II is thrown down at 5 m/s.
What are there final velocities?
I used:
Vf^2=Vi^2 + 2ad
for both and I come out to a number that is almost identical for final velocity. How can that be...? Shouldn't object II be substantially faster? By my calculations it only comes out to 0.6 m/s faster which doesnt sound right to me.
