i didnt rotate at either, but i interviewed at st luke's. i have zero knowledge of the thomas jefferson program. to me, st luke's seemed like a solid program, nothing out of the ordinary. but nothing i'd jump off the roof for. and remember, their PD is leaving. if you want to hash out pros and cons of st lukes, let me know, but i have no way of comparing it to any place else 🙂
