If you are under the minimum GRE score considered for a school, should you not bother applying to that school? There's no chance right? regardless of everything else on your application. What if you're 11 points total (both verbal and quantitative) under the minimum? Still doesn't matter right? There's no chance?

Contact the school and ask if they make exceptions, some actually do so. Worst thing they'll say is no.

I recommend that you contact each school individually. I was told by one school that they only require the test be taken once before they invite a student to interview. If a student is superlative in other respects, the school might be willing to overlook a subminimal score or require a retake.

usually they won't even look at your application. But like above posters, it depends on the school.

Check with the schools! Though I have read in previous threads, some students have actually got into PT schools that say they have strict minimum GRE requirements and their scores fell below them. This should give everyone some hope to give it a shot if you are confident about the rest of your application.
