I have a feeling you're burying important details, such as your major (is it nursing?). It's not clear what type of work you are doing, and I'm intrigued by the short amount of time you have done volunteering per stint.
Your shadowing or clinical experience that was part of your curricular experience as a nursing student should not be listed as separate activities. (That's why your major matters.) I also assume there may be some licenses or certifications you are not mentioning or may not have? This also puts a little different context in your role with the summer camp.
