Illegal Pharmacy Kiosks in New York

It looks like Ellis Hospital was the trailblazer here.
Not sure if they're getting sanctioned for their pharmacy machine they left in a hallway.

New York's BoP is about to crack down hard on these freestanding "Pharmacy in a box" throughout the state.

Good for them, and shame on the pharmacists that promoted such an idea in non-rural areas.

Was this kiosk in a public area or something? I was a little confused by that warning, especially as someone who is implementing dispensing cabinets (thankfully I’ve got a couple other states to work on).
