Hi,
As most of you know UIC is changing their course from a certificate to a degree course, but as of now they have not come up with their requirements for the year 2007 intake.I was wondering if there are any illinois residents who are not permanent residents of U.S. who would want to try for UIC. Till this year UIC was particular that we should be permanent residents of US to apply. When i called the school they said that it was the state rule & that is why they are not able to issue F1 for the course.
I was wondering if there are more people like me out there then we could all make a petition to the governor of illinois & see if they could change the rules.
You never know it might just happen...no harm in trying right?
PM me & we could probably file a combined petition.
Thanks!
