I'm 34 years and started as traditional premed so my last prereqs I took was in 2018...Do I need to retake?

I doubt you would need to retake. I am an older trad turned nontrad premed as well with courses in the early 2010s and didn't have any trouble applying this cycle. So unless I slipped through the cracks or something I imagine you're good.

Most of my prereqs were from 2010-2013. Had no problems getting As. I did have a lot of recent coursework in upper level science courses though
