Hi, wondering what programs I should add lowkey tweaking out for no reason. Have ties to MI/PA/WNY . Kind of last second tweaking should I find a physician to do an SLOE? Looking for ideas for more academic IM programs to add anywhere in the US thats DO friendly and sort of urban, don't want to close any fellowship doors in the future (esp heme onc). I'm so lost as our school is basically useless when it comes to this whole process. Hows my app looking? Are my golds too much of a reach? I am planning to silver-signal some community programs as well.

US DO

Class Rank ~10/30

Level 1: Pass

Level 2: 690

Step 1: Pass

Step 2: 257

~9 research experiences (mostly posters, one peer-reviewed review paper, one case report, posters at national conferences)

2 IM LoR, 1 Cardiologist LoR, plus a IM narrative chair letter (No SLOE (none of my programs so far require))? 1 I expect to be spectacular and super personal, others dunno tbh

Some normal volunteering but nothing spectacular

Unique hobbies I guess

Want to be in a more urban area, but open to anywhere academic thats taken DOs as I don't want to donate my money
