IM/cardiology vs. peds/cardiology

I know cardiology is pretty competitive after IM but is it easier/harder to get a cardiology fellowship after peds? Just wondering. Thanks.

There have been a few threads on this topic in the peds forum. Try doing a search over there for more info. Basically the concensus is that it's easier to get into peds cards than adult cards, in large part because the former is much less lucrative.
