I'm a 28yo post-bacc who has spent the last two years taking all the sciences courses I need for med school admission. I made a huge decision to leave my former career. I've worked hard the last two years taking classes, prep for MCATs, applications, interviews, etc (as I'm sure most of you have). I've been accepted to one of my top choices. And, finally, at 10:30AM today, I'll be done with Biochem and undergrad work forever. Next stop, medical school. Good luck to all.

Meet you for beers at 11AM to figure out what I should do with the next 8 months.

Great! Sounds like you have it made.

For the rest of us who live in countries where the majority of the people have been misled to believe that America is evil, let's hope you don't spend the next 8 months travelling abroad to one of these places.

We would hate to ruin your high 😀 😀

I know the feeling. I finished last Friday at 12:42 PM. Biochem was my last class, too, after 3 years of post-bacc (but part time). Sounds like our stories are pretty similar, but you have the age advantage - I'm 36. I've been joking with people that it took 18 years, but I'm finally done with undergrad.

Wheeeeeeeeeeeee! I don't drink anymore, but go out and have 8-10 for me. My suggestion of how to spend the next 8 months? Sleep. This may be your last chance.

Flash, congrats!!! You should be starting on your beer fest..right about.....NOW! You earned it!! 👍 👍

Congratulations! What a long road you've travelled! (two Ls or one?) anyway, i just finished an hour ago too so have a beer for me...
