I had a question in regards to interviews. If one is able to procure an Internal Medicine interview spot at an institution, what is the probability that one can match at that institution if one ranks it as a top choice? I know this can have variable answers depending on the candidate and the program but I'm just looking for a general idea (for very competitive programs as well). Thanks.

Dude, you define med student neurosis!
From your stats from the other page, it is ridiculous to be concerned about matching. Granted you want to match in the top 10, but you have stats that would get you into plastics or derm.

Relax, you'll end up somewhere great!

Hehe, point taken...neuroticism goes out of control at times ;-)
