I am looking to apply to IM residencies in which their graduates have a high likelihood of being accepted for GI fellowship. Anyone know of any or know how to search for them? I would consider DO or MD positions. Thanks.

General advice for fellowships as a DO applicant:
For ACGME programs, look for hospitals with in-house fellowship programs, and determine whether they take their own residents for those positions. It is much harder to get super competitive fellowships like GI or Cardiology as a DO outside of your home institution, compared to American MD applicants.
I'd imagine that the same holds true for AOA programs, but don't have personal experience with this.
