IM Residency LoR selection

So I have 2 LoR options for IM residency:
1) IM Telerotation one year ago
2) Pediatric hands-on rotation this summer

Both of these letters are recommending me to IM program.

Between those two, which one has bigger value for IM program?

IM telerotation sounds dumb. Always go with the in person stuff
