Should I just use one uniform letter such as:

"Dear Admissions,

Body

Sincerely VeeTee"

or should I personalize each one, and if so should I say for example:

"Dear PCOM Admissions,"

or should I actually use the admissions director's name in the salutation?

Letter is already written up but I don't want to come off as impersonal, but my main concern is that it won't be the director of admissions that opens the letter.

Thanks guys! (edit: and gals!)

When I sent out my MD letters I sent is addressed to "Admissions committee"

Sounds good, thanks 👍. I have the letter all typed up and I kept addressing it to different people and it never seemed right haha. I guess I'll just go with this that way I can finally get them out.
