I'm fortunate to have a person from India talking about anything and everything about what he's seen in his country. 🙁

if a person comes to me with leonine facies, then i think that person is a foreigner. ding ding ding! i think you're from the Far East. oh well, i just heard from my preceptor that the boards talk about tropical diseases very SELDOMLY!
